Built on Experience. Driven by Trust.
WHO WE ARE
More Than a Pool Company
A Touch of Class Pool Service was built around a simple idea: take care of people the same way you would want someone to take care of you.
With decades of hands-on experience in the pool industry, Mike Leone and Chris Decker have seen what happens when service becomes more about making a sale than solving a problem. They wanted something different.
Do the job right. Be honest about what a pool actually needs. Explain the why. And build relationships that last longer than a season.
That's the standard behind A Touch of Class.
MIKE LEONE
Knowledge Built Through Experience
With more than 30 years in the pool industry, Mike brings a depth of hands-on experience that allows him to look beyond the obvious and understand what is really happening with a pool or its equipment.
His background spans water chemistry, routine maintenance, diagnostics, equipment repair, and complex pool systems. But for Mike, knowing how to solve a problem is only part of doing the job well. He has a way of looking at the entire system, connecting the pieces, and finding the problem that isn’t always obvious at first glance.
He believes customers deserve to understand what is happening with their pool, what their options are, and what actually needs to be done. That means explaining the why, giving an honest recommendation, and never selling someone something they don't need.
Over the years, that approach has turned customers into long-standing relationships—many built on the simple knowledge that when Mike says something needs attention, it does. And when it doesn't, he'll tell you that too.
For Mike, taking care of the pool has always meant taking care of the people who own it.
CHRIS DECKER
Experience You Can Depend On
With 30 years in the pool industry, Chris has spent much of his career working with aquatic facilities where reliability matters every day—from community pools and commercial properties to splash pads, water slides, and large-scale equipment systems.
Chris approaches every pool as if it were his own. If something isn't working the way it should, his goal isn't simply to get through the service call—it's to understand why it's happening, correct the issue properly, and do everything he can to keep it from becoming a problem again.
That dedication carries into the details. Whether he's tracking down an equipment issue, correcting water chemistry, working through a difficult repair, or maintaining an entire aquatic facility, Chris takes personal pride in leaving things better than he found them. If there's a problem to solve, he wants it solved right.
Just as important is the trust behind the work. Chris believes customers deserve to know what's happening with their pool, what their options are, and what actually needs to be done. He'll explain the why, recommend what makes sense, and won't sell someone something they don't need.
For Chris, every pool carries his name when he walks away from it—and he treats it that way.
We are MORE Than a Pool Company
A Touch of Class Pool Service was built on decades of hands-on experience and a belief that good service starts with doing right by the customer.
We believe in honest recommendations, explaining the why behind the work, and taking care of every pool as though our own name were on it.
We don't want customers for a season. We want customers for a lifetime.
